The Hotel is centrally located in the Greenway Plaza business district between downtown Houston and Texas
Medical Center and the Galleria.
We have King, Two double, two room suites and Jetted Hot tub (Jacuzzi) suites are available. Also we have Banquet room for 200~250 people for parties avialble.
The Hotel located at US 59 N feeder road between Kirby Dr and Buffalo Speedway. Exit Buffalo speedway
and we right after PianoMax.
Only minutes from all major attractions such as Reliant Center (home of the Texans), Texas Medical Center, Rice University, ,Herman Park Golf Course, Zoo, Museum District, IMAX Theater, George R. Brown Convention Center, Galleria and downtown Houston, Lakewood Church is only across the freeway from the hotel. Enjoy excellent dining facilities in the immediate area.

I had the misfortune of staying here for several nights and felt compelled to write a review. The key issues are: - room was filthy - clumps of hair, sticky floor, full of dust and dirt on every surface - towels are dirty, discoloured, hairy and have various biological residues adhered to them - despite being a clean person and having no food with me there were cockroaches on the room door, 3 in the bathroom and one on the bed and in the hotel entrance ( that I saw) - shower water was orange to begin with but I suppose that is just rust and harmless - most features were broken or missing, e.g. Hair dryer, TV, lamps, basin plugs - the newest item in the room must have been 20 years old - bed sheets were generally clean but showed blood residues consistent with bed bugs - the building generally looked ready to be demolished (I hope soon) I would NEVER stay here again. « less

I'm an international student who stayed at this horrible place going by word of mouth, it's so horrible that I just moved out in 4days even though I paid for the whole month in advance (no refunds!) bedbug infested, acidic yellow cold water that stinks like fish, horrible maintenance with hair everywhere. When told about the bedbugs the manager just shrugged saying students like us got them in in the first place. Racist if he weren't from the same third world country too! Stay away and not let such horrible businesses get fed by compromised individuals! Horrible! « less

Stayed here one night, were given a room on the 4th (top) floor. Lobby sterile looking and plain, was not impressed. Got to room, was surprised . . . nice room. We had room 429, very large room with 2 dbl bed, dresser, mini refrig, microwave, medium round table and two chairs, big tv, iron/board, tile floor, large balcony. The bathroom was small but had a good tub/shower, wall-to-wall counter, hair dryer.
The room/bathroom were really clean. Houston is a damp and moldy city, mildew is common but our bath had none. The room needed updating, but it was very clean and comfortable.
About the smell . . . our floor smelled like fabric softener, it smelled fresh and clean.
I was really surprised when I read all the terrible reviews. This was a solid budget hotel and I would most definitely stay here again. BTW, we are two senior ladies, very well traveled.

I had no choice but to stay here. Plan ahead and STAY AWAY as far as possible from this place. Simply the worst hotel I have stayed in Houston so far. « less
