Overall the hotel was okay. Could have been cleaner. The room service and front desk staff needed more training. Management was very good. Building was under repair. Once repairs are complete and employees receive proper training this hotel will be excellent. Thanks.

Everything was fine except for housekeeping was poor and room service for the restaurant could have been better if you were able to place a menu in the room and place an order by phone, etc.

The room was okay but you advertise a free breakfast during the week at 6:30. The first day we were there Friday and breakfast was after 7. Saturday it was suppose to be at 7 but no one showed up. we had to go elsewhere. I was disappointed in this because we needed to be at a volleyball game at 9:00 in Garland.
