I stayed in Hotel Nuvo for 2 nights, a week ago. I was in Naples for business, and while the hotel is somewhat far from Naples' sights, it was ideally located for work in my case. Even though the hotel is somewhat far away, it may well be worth the trip downtown.
The hotel is clean, the room was very spacious with a very good bathroom, comfortable bed and enough space to comfortably store my belongings. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they offered several complimentary cups of coffee and went out of their way to assist when I needed to ship something to Germany.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and hope that I can stay there the next time I have to go to Naples. « less

Bagnoli nothing to write home about, but at least Italy in the raw. Forget about pickpockets, the robbers are the taxi drivers! Make sure you know the price before you get in, and check with the list in the vehicle; they have to stand by that but can charge 2-3x that amount if you don't stand up to them. Still the better value and the helpful staff at hotel nuvo make up for that! « less

The hotel is very good in terms of rooms and services : free wi-fi, car park ( small but you give the keys to the receptionist and they "move the cars" if needed). The reception wervice was excellent, very polite and correct. The room was nice, large and comfortable.The only inconvenient was the "view" from the room balcony (lots of rubbish bags). Although the hotel is good, we were badly treated during breakfast ( quite chaotic). The tables were not clean, it was difficult to find clean cuttlery, napkins, bawls, glasses and cups for breakfast. Coffee was HORRIBLE! After asking one of the ladies in charge for coffee I was brought some kind of dirty water (impossible to have, nasty smell) and the lady seemed very upset for my demand. We could no thave proper breakfast, very inapropriate and rude manners from the restaurant service , even insulting us.
The hotel is very close to the train station so it is a bit noisy, apart from the traffic. It is very convenient to to go to the centre of Naples without driving in. The train service is quite frequent ( every 20 minutes) and it takes about other 20 minutes to get to the city centre. Trains are extremely old and dirty, as stations. « less

As an American traveling abroad, the Superior room was suitable for me and all my clothes used for work and/or leisure traveling. HA! My room was more than ample in size and the King bed, was fantastically comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The staff, including Gennaro or better known as “Genny” made my trip absolutely memorable. With a smile to light up any room, he speaks Italian, extremely proficient English and a little bit of Spanish.
Everything about this hotel was superb. Nice clean facilities, beautiful rooms and breath taking views of the 1989 closed Industrial area in the Agnano zone. HA! The Hotel location is accessible by trains, buses, boats and cars.
Every staff member was exceptionally friendly and very cooperative. I always received courtesy and promptness from the excellent housekeeping staff, breakfast room staff, and the 24 hour valet parking by the receptionists.
The two owners are cousins who are always present and eager to mingle with their guests. They both ensure all customers receive outstanding customer service!
I would definitely recommend this hotel for Foreigners and the great value for the money! « less
