On arriving at the hotel we were greeted by drunken people with children shouting at passing buses & being sick into bushes.Not what you want to see after you've just arrived.Hotel very basic & the rooms were dated & needed updating desperately.Even tho we were AI we didn't bother going as we heard bad reviews from some people we spoke to. Across the road there's some nice pubs & restaurants so spent all our time away from the hotel.The beach is lovely & not too far about a 10 min walk. All in all wouldn't recommend this place but would recommend Alcudia « less

We only stayed here one night (due to unforseen circumstances) but I can't tell you how relieved I was that I only had the night! It was heaving, and everywhere was busy and noisy. There were no loungers available at all (at 4.00pm in the afternoon) and I saw people getting up at 6.00am to put their towels down indicating this is an on going issue. There were drunken people shouting virtually the whole night, queitening down at around 3.00am only for the shouting to begin again at 5.30am by some lazy idiot who couldn't be bothered to walk up the stairs to talk to their relative and decided to shout the conversation from the 3rd floor so the whole block could hear them!! The food was ok, but was literally full by about 6.30pm so we were very glad we got there at 6.00.
We were on the 8th floor (right outside the lift) heard people coming and going the whole night. The blocks are huge and there are loads of them so its quiet easy to get lost. The lifts aren't easy to work and your room may be miles from the reception which was hard work with 3 cases, a buggy and a baby!
This place is great if you want to get drunk every night, have food to just line your stomach and you don't mind not being able to sleep night or day! And don't be fooled by a '2 bedroom apartment' its not 2 bedroom at all, there is a divider between the room and lounge and a single bed also in the lounge. Not quite what we were expecting. Oh, and finally, the room was really hot (and this is only May!) there is no air conditioning and so you either have to leave the windows open (and given the constant shouting this didn't help) or hire a fan which I can't see would help an awful lot. « less

I am just back from the Bellevue Club and was dreading it after reading the reviews. Where to start.. We arrived at the beginning of May which makes my review varied. The restaurant when i first arrived had very little queues. At the end of my holiday the queues became really bad. The restaurant isn't big enough to support all the hotels in the complex. The food was basic, but ok. Plenty of choice, fresh fruit, veg, salad, meat and cheese available. There was juice machines and coffee/tea machine which didn't work very well which caused a queue most times upon use. The snack bar by the main pool had chips available every day, there was a different choice every day as well. Perfect for what it was needed for! The Leda pool bar was fab, Antonia was an absolute star dealing quickly and efficiently with the customers. The main pool was great for kids and most people spent their time there. At the time i was there the other smaller pool bars weren't yet open. Once they open i'm sure the main pool will quieten. The accommodation was basic but it was clean and the cleaners attended the 3 times as promised. As i say, basic accommodation but it did us for the week we were there. The grounds were kept clean and tidy by gardeners and maintenance people. The entertainment for kids seemed ok and at night there was bingo and an act every night. The staff were all very helpful, pleasant and smiley. The lake was very dirty which was disappointing as it was very grungy, didn't affect our holiday by any means. The beach wasn't that far a walk there was a boat took you along, outside the restaurant for 3 euro return though i walked as it was glorious weather. All in all a good holiday however, as i say, the busier it gets the worse the reviews will be as it is a complex in itself with alot of hotels and rooms. There will be alot more people than i think the bars and restaurant can comfortably cater for. We paid double what some friends paid for the same package but will go back on a cheaper price package. It's a 3* hotel.. don't go expecting gold taps and fancy decor. Its a basic, clean overall good place for family holidays. Happy to answer any questions people have by email. Enjoy your holidays! After reading the reviews on here, I was dreading what I was coming to for our first holiday,but I can honestly say we love it. It's a 3* hotel...and I think it totally lives up To this. I am actually still here, the pools are great, the staff are lovely And helpful. I really don't see people's issue. The food is lovely, the salad bar is always fresh and full, and there is something for everyone. The only thing that has been a little dissapointing is the weather...but that's out of Anyone's control..so I would say, try it before you believe everything you read..I think a lot of the reviews are unfair, and am So glad we went all inclusive :-) « less

me and my partner went on the 7th may to the 14th may overall its not a bad place for the money its just the other guests which 70 percent I swear ive seen on the Jeremy kyle show. the staff were really polite and worked very hard the weather was good and I think the place was only about 25 percent full I wouldn't have liked to have been there if it was full. the beach was lovely but BEWARE OF THE GYPSY WOMEN SELLING FLOWERS OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX AS THEY PICK POCKETED MY PARTNER AND TOOK 360 POUNDS OUT OF HIS WALLET AND HE HAD HIS HAND ON IT ALL THE TIME OVERALL THIS SPOILED THE HOLIDAY. « less
