This hotel in Albany Georgia was very comfortable with a friendly staff and clean rooms. The hot breakfast was just that, hot and fresh. A very talkative staff member saw to it that things were neat and clean. It is conveniently located right on the highway were were traveling on but it was very quiet. No road noise. A definite stop when ever we go through Albany. « less

Was with my husband on business, and checked into the hotel, and it was very nice, clean and the evening front desk clerk was super nice with a big smile. Our room was a suite with a couch, kitchenette area and two big queen beds and it was so quiet, that we didn't want to get out of bed. There was no noice and no one bothered us. They also had a very tasty breakfast and the host was very nice. I give this hotel a 5 on everything. « less

It's time to replace the outdoor sign. It gives an appearance of age and lack of maintenance. If I'm driving by and pick a hotel based on the exterior signage alone, I'm bypassing this place in favor of the neighboring hotel. Now, that aside, this is a good place to stay. The interior lobby is very nice and the rooms are huge and clean. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean. In short, that's the only major criticism of the hotel--a bit dated and in need of a touch up. The receptionist could not have been better and did not give the appearance she was doing me a favor by booking me in. She deserves a raise for great customer service alone. If I'm back in the area, I would have no problem staying here again. « less

Do not stay here. A large cockroach was found in my room and when I requested it be removed, the staff refused to comply. In fact, the woman looked at me and said, "And you expect ME to do that??" Definitely not the type of service you would expect when staying at a hotel. Additionally, the rooms were dirty (stains on the bedspread and walls), and if you wish to take advantage of the "free" breakfast until 9am, make sure you get there before 6:30am. There was never enough food available. Overall I was highly displeased. If it wasn't for the fact that I was staying with a group of people for a conference, I would have left. Immediately. « less
