Property Description

Quality Inn University Area is located at exit 77 off the Indiana toll road or on the corner of US 31/33 and Cleveland Road, approx 5 miles from the South Bend Regional Airport, 3 miles from Downtown and 1 mile from Notre Dame. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. Our 229 spacious guestrooms make us the 2nd largest hotel in South Bend. Some of our amenities include; indoor/outdoor heated pools, indoor hot tub, exercise room and a family fun dome that includes a game room. Our facilities include 3000 sqft of meeting space and the legendary Gipper's Bar & Grill.
