Nice, clean room. Staff was very nice. Just a little problem with a group of teenage baseball plaryers being very loud and disruptive but the staff took care of it.

My husband and I stayed the night last night in room 303. In the morning he went to take a shower and in the folds of the shower curtain he found an unfed adult bedbug. So we took a picture and showed the front desk. Without hesitation they checked my reservation and said because it was prepay they could not refund the night. This brought up red flags like they had heard this before. The desk clerk also let it slip that they had a complaint earlier from room 301. Stay away from this hotel!!! I am so grossed out I cannot even think of any other details of the room. Just don't book this hotel. « less

We have put that room off market and are in process of doing a detail inspection for bedbugs. We would also like you to know that we spray all our rooms every 2 weeks for bedbugs and other insects. We appreciate our guests honest comments as it allows us to make or property better and provide the guest a quality service. We would like to apologize again for the inconvenience and hope you give us another opportunity to provide you better service... AFTER DOING A FUTHER INSPECTION BY ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, THEIR RESULT STATES THAT NO SIGNS OF BED BUGS WERE FOUND IN OUR ROOM (INCLUDING ROOM 303). WE WILL GLADLY PROVIDE A COPY OF THEIR REPORT WHEN REQUESTED.
