Couldn't find my reservation upon arrival. Hallway had underwear and an old sandwhich smashed in carpet. Whole place smells like cigarettes. Furniture is old and falling apart. Carpet in room hadn't been vacuumed in probably weeks. Bathroom was disgusting and also hadn't been cleaned. People were yelling all night. Probably the worst room ive ever had. Only stayed 1 night even though I booked 4. I didn't get a refund. Don't let the freshley painted exterior fool you the inside is old dirty and smells awful. « less

I live in Kissimmee Florida. My family came down from Pennsylvania before school started. I was searching for a nice hotel when I saw this one. I called and book the room for a good price. Then I went online and read the reviews and I was skeptical. When my family came they love how clean it was and how the employee were friendly and very helpful. The room had new carpet, new floor, and new furniture. This is a good hotel for the price and location. « less

Hello my name is Stacy Jones. I was in Orlando on business for a little over four months, during this time i was lodged at your hotel. Me being a worker in the hotel industry myself feel that every hotel should have company standards,I feel that crestwood suites has none.During my five month stay at crestwood suites I was woken by slamming doors, screaming children , barking dogs, fire alarms that went off none stop at all times of the night,and not to mention the prostitutes being beaten in the hall way.While booking my stay with crestwood suites I was promised free HBO,friendly employees, and clean rooms.During my stay i received HBO that could not be heard in the room,employees that were very rude and showed very low company standards.There were many times when the internet went down and no one knew how to fix it. The cable channels would go out and no one knew how to fix it.There were many times when dogs would use the restroom in the hallways and i personally called down to get it cleaned up and was told that no one could get to it because she was the only one in house today but it would be cleaned up. After many days had passed the dog urine could be smelled in my room.My room was full of roaches, every cabinet i opened every light i cut on there were roaches.My room had mold on the roof, cabinets falling off,mysterious stains on all the furniture. The front desk associates were not friendly.I would go down to the front desk for towels,change,directions,or even to pay my bill, and would have to wait and call for assistance. When assistance got there they made me feel like i was a bother.Again i believe that every company should have standards and i believe that crestwood suites has none.would i choose to stay at crestwoods suites again, never.will my company use crestwood suites for lodging?i dont think they will. I am not writing this email to get any kind of compensation, i am writing so the standards will be raised and other guests will get a better experience.thank you for your time « less
