My husband and I have stayed here on several different occasions. The rooms are very spacious and attractively furnished. There are two easy chairs for comfort which is unusual in most hotels. Both of us can relax. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful each time we stayed here. Price is very reasonable compared to similar hotels in the area. « less

My husband and I stayed here on our way back from Charleston. Unfortunately, despite the relatively high rating on Trip Advisor, we had a poor stay, though the staff isn't directly responsible. When first arriving into our room, we had to fabreeze the space because of a weird musty smell. The toilets are extremely loud and whenever neighbors flush, it will wake you if you are a light sleeper. Much worse is if your neighbors are loud--the walls are very thin. Our neighbors were participating in late-night "activities" with each other, which woke us up several times in the evening and scarred us for life. We attempted to knock on the wall which would quiet them for a bit, but only long enough to fall back asleep and be awoken again. The curtains also didn't close all the way, so the parking lot light poured into our room. The breakfast spread is pretty good, and we didn't get to try out the pool, but it looked nice. We also didn't like the weird, square-shaped pillows. Staff, however, is very friendly and accommodating. Very good location to Cherry Grove Beach. Hotel deserves a renovation...and sound proofing! « less

We stayed at this inn on March 31, 2013 in a King room. I have found that Quality Inns are not consistant from one property to another. Some are quite good and others are in desparate need of updating. This particular inn is one of the better ones. The rooms are neat and clean and look to have been updated fairly recently. The room we had was also very spacious. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning ws also good. Also the rate was very competitive. « less

This hotel was very nice. This was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach and not actually staying in an oceanfront hotel. This hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were extremely nice and the rooms were clean. The only thing that could have been better was if they had flat screen TV's in the rooms. But we were satisfied. Funny thing is; front desk staff informed us that they were updating to the flat screens the next weekend(we were too early..ha ha ha). I would definitely stay here again because the place was nice and so was the price!!! « less

Although we live in the area we stayed here the night of the 16th to take advantage of it's proximity to Main Street & the Annual NMB St. Patrick's Day Festival. This location is a few miles from the beach, but it is right on Hwy. 17 & convenient to everything in the vicinity. Good hotel that was clean & the staff was pleasant and since we were using Choice Privilege points it was a steal for 8,000 points. We will definitely stay here again for similar circumstances. « less
