Should have went by my first impression and moved along but didn't. Location is terrible because of strip joint next door with all the hollering and screaming going on and very noisy highway beside hotel. After I pay for room and get settled in room this nut of a manager comes to room and tells me my 13 year old shitz zhu can't sleep on the bed; yea right. The outside of this hotel is very rough and inside not much better. Keep thinking during the night that something was biting me and sure enough; bed bugs! 8 o'clock in the morning goofy manager is banging on door wanting to know if we were staying over; like never. « less

I had a business trip to Ft. Wayne recently, and upon arriving at the hotel, I wasn't extremely enthused. Upon talking to the woman at the front desk, I felt much better, and they made the whole experience feel like I was back at home. Great, responsive service, friendly people, and an immaculate room made the experience fantastic. « less

This hotel is very clean inside and out... The staff is very friendly and will bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant... It's right off the interstate 69 @ exit 309... (perfect location) They except pets, have tractor and trailer parking... There is a restaurant right across the street that has awesome service and great over the top food... They are only 3.5 mile from down town... There are great museums to visit... If you come and stay here, I promise, you will be very happy... Thank You Goldie, Megan, Tonya and the midnight crew for making our stay comfortable... To the customers: I have stayed here off and on since May 2012... When I come to Fort Wayne, Indiana I will not stay any where else... And just to let you know, they don't have a swimming pool or a fitness center... The survey would not posted unless I rated it... Thank You Goldie, Megan, Tonya and the night crew for making my stay very comfortable every time we come to visit... « less
