The Park Station features Hotel Rooms, 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom privately owned condominiums. All condominium units feature a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, fireplace and balcony. Property amenities include an outdoor pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day), indoor and outdoor Hot Tub, Sauna and complimentary wireless internet access. The Town Lift Room, located in the basement of Building 2, accommodates groups up to 50. Rental Fees are based on a sliding scale and determined by the number of contract lodging rooms.
