I booked this hotel but later had to cancel. When I called to cancel the person I was speaking with was very rude, as I was hanging up the phone I mouthed b***h, she heard that comment, called me back to say I would NEVER stay at this hotel because she was the "owner". When I decided on a date, I booked this room in my mothers name. When we arrived, the "owner" obviously recognized my voice. The building the office was in had about six cars parked there & she put three women in our party (ages ranged from 56 to 83) up on the hill where no one was staying. There were NO outside lighting whatsoever. The room had not been vaccumed, trash was on the floor, bathroom sink stopped up. I will continue to contact the real "owner" whose name is Bob Patel & explain that his "manager" is very rude & passing herself off as the "owner". I will not stay there ever again as long as this person is employed there. And the blankets on the beds had holes in them. The "real owner" needs to spend some time at this hotel & see whats going on there with his "manager" « less
