25 miles to Myrtle Beach Airport One-way fare, $45 DIRECTIONS TO LITCHFIELD PLANTATION KINGS RIVER ROAD, PAWLEYS ISLAND, SOUTH CAROLINA Directions from Myrtle Beach Airport (north of Pawleys Island) Exit airport and take Highway 17 South toward Georgetown. You will travel past/through Surfside Beach, Garden City Beach and Murrells Inlet. When you pass Brookgreen Gardens (with a sculpture of dueling stallions) on your right, you will travel approximately 3 more miles before turning. At the second traffic light as you enter the Litchfield area, at the Hampton Inn, turn right onto Willbrook Boulevard. Travel 1.25 miles. Turn left onto King's River Road (no stop sign here) and travel 1.5 miles to Litchfield Plantation's entrance on the right. (Watch for green Litchfield Plantation sign).
