On our recent Easyjet Tour visit, the hotel kindly provided us with WiFi access keys for each of our three devices. Though we didn't stream videos, the signal was strong enough for general use. Discovered too late that you can choose firmer pillows. There's liquid shampoo/shower gel, amenities kit. Our room had a mini-bar but no safe deposit box so we left the laptop at the front desk. The muesli porridge and German chocolate cake at breakfast was delicious, other offerings include scrambled eggs, bacon/sausages, pretzels, bread, smoked salmon, fruit salad, Nutella... The front desk staff was friendly, promptly returned e-mails and accommodated our request for a quiet, twin, non-smoking room. Though we didn't hear noises from rooms next to us, we could hear people in the hallway quite clearly. From Schoenfeld Airport the taxi fare was 33E including tip one way on a weekday afternoon. There's a butcher around the corner from Mc Donalds that sells good soup and sandwiches, a Dunkin Donuts and a grocery store(in the mall)if you walk the other direction. An electronics shop and a TJ Maxx is across the street from the butcher shop. The tourist 72 hour ABC Zone Museum Pass may be purchased at the nearest S-Train station platform machine with cash or credit card if they don't have them at the front desk. We were told that children 14 and under travel free when with a parent holding the pass. The Museum portion of the pass gives free entry for museums on Sinsel Island unless they are holding a special exhibition, then you'd need to upgrade your ticket. If the ticket line is long, visit a different museum and purchase the upgrade ticket there to save time. « less

Stayed for 5 nights, hotel location very good for sightseeing trips, within walking distance to many locations although not for the older generation maybe. Rooms warm and clean with no temperature control, would also have preferred a bath to steep in after all the walking. Shops were lovely to eat and browse in. City bus tours a must to see all sight and hop off when you want to explore more. Breakfast selection ok but did run out of buffet items and not quick to replace. « less

This is a small, modern hotel which does most of the basic things well. Despite its official rating, it's really just a 3* with pretensions. However, it's clean and friendly with a great location for buses, tubes and trains - the bus to the zoo even stops outside the front door. The bar is little more than a few lumpy chairs in a corner of reception - but the building is surrounded by bars and restaurants for all tastes. « less
