Close This Stan MansionFormerly a Masonic temple, the Stan Mansion’s grand façade and elegant interiors reflect the design by Moritz F. Stranch which was built in 1921. It is located in the historical charming Logan Square, one of the oldest neighborhoods in Chicago. Your guests will first enter in the lower level; candles will line the existing counter then up the stairs leading to the foyer in which you may display your place cards, guest book, photos, or any informational materials. As we go upstairs to the second floor, to our right we have the lounge area. This charming space has two built-in bars with lovely European window accents. You can add highboys and cabarets for your guests, you may even decide to make it into a lounge area with sofas, coffee tables, and fabric draping with mood lighting to create a sophisticated ambiance for your event. To the left of the foyer is our large Ballroom which can seat three hundred guests for a fabulous dinner and up to 420 for a cocktail reception or a meeting You also have the option to use the platform areas as buffet stations or additional guest seating. The ballroom’s fabulous stage and dance floor is centrally located and optimal to showcase your entertainment for your band, DJ, or performers for all to see, the acoustic is also great. We provide you and your guests with ten 60 –inch round tables and twelve 8-foot long tables at no additional charge.
