We made our reservation while in route to Lake Havasu City, AZ. The room rate was reasonable for a weekend and the Quality Inn was pet friendly which was important as we had our 2 dogs with us. The front desk clerk at check-in was friendly and very efficient. Check-in was quick and easy. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and found they had new shower heads which provided a very nice shower. The free breakfast buffet was acceptable .... it was similar to breakfast at many other hotels. « less

This was our first trip to Lake Havasu City and we entered from the south on Highway 95 locating our hotel on Lake Havasu Avenue. Large hotel with ample parking. Our room was large with a king bed and we chose the location near the highway. The front desk gave us a choice as the highway can be much more noisy. With the air conditioning, we hardly noticed. First disappointment was the bathroom - the toilet is in with the tub and so crowded - it would be very difficult to dress in there. Next - the refrigerator. What refrigerator - there is none. Would be tough in the summer months with added heat. We like our water COLD. No microwave either but that wasn't a problem here. Next - the outlets - where are they? With the techie stuff that all needs to be recharged, we really had to look for outlets. It could be so easy to have lamps with the added outlets and away from the bathroom sink - which that, too, was small. The continental breakfast area was very large like the hotel and included hot food as well. The hotel includes one or two restaurants for your pleasure. Laundry is available right near the swimming pool for its customers. This location is very near the London Bridge and possibly close enough to walk. The 2nd day the front desk gal gave us suggestions on where to hike, etc. We followed her advice and had a wonderful time. « less

We went with another couple for two nights. Our check in was good, staff was friendly and put our friends next door to us. The hotel is quite large, looks like three stories, with one being a lower level. There is no elevator, but the stairs are not too bad. All rooms lead to an outside patio or walkway. The rooms themselves are very nice and very clean. The tvs are not flat screen, but are an adequate size. The beds are very firm, but comfortable. The pillows are good, the towels are good, but not exceptional. The bathroom is rather small, but the shower pressure is good. You do get a free buffet breakfast with your room, but make sure to bring your coupons. This is one of the first times we were ever given or asked for our meal tickets. It does offer hot and cold items, no waffles, so it makes it better than some other breakfasts. Since the breakfast is hosted in their restaurant, the area is rather spacious and bright due to the full windows which afford a view of Lake Havasu. However, the hotel does have some real deficiencies. While the prices are very affordable and the property is nice looking, do NOT accept an odd-numbered room on the highway side of the hotel if you are not used to Heavy Vehicle Noise. Strongly request a room on the parking lot side. The noise almost never quieted down from the highway and the motorcycle noise was unbelievably unacceptable and disturbing. We could not sleep due to the constant traffic. I tried to change our rooms, but was told they were totally full and could not grant our request for either night. The noise totally came through the windows as though there was no insulation. Also, our door had such gaps all around it, we laughed and said that someone could simply push the door and frame in and it would only be held up by the locks. Our door also did not close with a good seal, making it a little difficult to close tightly. However, all that being said, we never felt unsafe and felt we were in a relatively safe neighborhood with close access to London Bridge and the lake. I would not let the outside corridors or the location deter me from staying there again, but I would never accept a room on the highway side again. « less

This trip was for a funeral and quite sad and I needed two rooms with a connecting door for my children and my husband and myself...I called 11 hotels all booked or cdid not have except this one. The room doors do not close all the way so they have to be slammed and do not seal or close properly without the big deadbolt on them.....the first bathroom the door opened into the bathroom rather than out of the bathroom and scraped the toilet and the tub. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable and the tvs are ancient and the cable only 7 o 8 channels worked. The rooms I was given faced the interstate and the roar of trucks horns and sirens kept us up all night. The mornig breakfast was acceptable except the hair in my soggy potatos . The at the end we just left after three days and now I am being blamed for their three pillows which we never did.....I am pissed! « less
