These spacious, tastefully decorated apartments are of High End quality. They are set on private, quiet estates 10 minutes from the Birmingham City Centre. They are ideal for those who prefer not to be caught up in the hustle and bustle of the Town centre, whilst not compromised by the distance from the Town Centre. You could walk to Town on a nice summers day if you wish. Our apartments are full of natural light, airy and cosy. They are decorated to a high standard with Leather sofas, wide screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with Microwave Oven, modern and newly refurbished integrated kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, wine cooler etc. Bedroom 1 has a double bed that can sleep 2 and Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds to sleep 2. Each room has its own TV. The bathroom boasts a Jacuzzi bath to soothe away your hard day's work. We have thought of everything. Our apartments are perfect for The Executive; The contractor here and abroad; family visiting the area or your simply chilling with your partner away from the children for the weekend. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as complimentary one off, one time toiletries for every new arrival. Please note that A Cleaning service is available on request, otherwise it is your responsibility to keep your home tidy whilst you are there. We do change towels and bed linen on a regular basis. The apartment has reliable WIFI facility and secure car park. Fully equipped kitchen, separate bathroom, Lounge equipped with large flat screen tv, freeview, dvd player, dining table, sofas etc. Our ethos is based on "Home Away from Home" Once you have entered our apartments you will immediately feel at home straight away. This is because you will see straight away that we have thought of everything that you may need to feel comfortable; from a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, microwave, pots and pans, knives and forks, washing machine, fridge freezer and more. We have invested thousands of pounds in the design and decoration of our properties to ensure that your stay is second to none. Our take is that "we would be happy to stay in our apartments"
