Property Description

We are a charmingly renovated boutique hotel situated on the waterfront of gorgeous Lake Annecy. Private waterfront terrace with private canal plus lakefront. 15 mins from Annecy old village with direct buses past the hotel and a ferry service from April to November. 6kms from the famous village of Talliores and its divine restaurants. Ski stations in all directions in winter and sailing, walking, hangliding climbing etc in summer. Combine the outdoors with the sophistication of fine dining, shopping and sightseeing. Each room has been decorated in an individual style with luxurious linen, towels and original artwork. Direct water access to watersports. DVD film library. We have a beautiful old 7 bedroom self contained house with large country kitchen, available for group bookings.
