We could help to arrange a pick up from our Noi Bai airport ( that is 40km far ). It costs US$18 for one private taxi. Flight number and arrival time need to be provided.Another option : take the Vietnam minibus . It will stop at Vietnam Airlines bus station after 1 hour and 15 minutes. It costs only US$2 for one ticket. From Vietnam Air bus stop you could walk to The jasmine Hotel or get a taxi ( that costs US$2, equal 40,000VND ) . Please be very careful as there are a lot of scams in hanoi.
